The infinity sign of mathematics
combined with the Egyptian
ankh symbol.

A short chapter mythology.



The archangel Michael deals with his arch-enemy
appearing as the snake that we will also meet below,
together with Lilith.

The sculpture is of highly transparent alabaster.

Eve at the moment that would bring her her eternal fame.

Note:
1. the snake,
2. the "apple" with the leaf she will soon need so badly and
3. look for a detail proving that it was the real Eve who was
    so kind as to be my model.

Lilith, in mythology known to be androgyn,
as
Adam's first wife,
she was to proud for him not willing to go on her back.
but also as a she-demon,
the mother of all demons, a succubus,
and the cause much misery in our mythological past,
and at the same time a proud figurehead of feminism.
Here she 'meets' THE snake.

3. Some studies in topology.

Simplices, in our case triangles and
tetrahedra, are mathematical (in topology) of 

fundamental importance for the finite-
element method I worked with, and I worked 
on.
